Giglio Castello is a village in Tuscany, central Italy, administratively a frazione of the comune of Isola del Giglio, province of Grosseto. At the time of the 2001 census its population amounted to 568.〔 (Popolazione residente - Grosseto (dettaglio loc. abitate) - Censimento 2001 ), Istat.〕 Giglio Castello is located upon a hill in the centre of Giglio Island, between the villages of Giglio Campese and Giglio Porto, and it is the municipal capital of the ''comune''.
